I look forward to writing this post every other week because I feel like it’s a proper catch up with my friends — so hi!
We made it through MDW which means that summer is basically here. Thank god. Is anyone else exhausted? I spent last weekend out East, leaned fully into relaxation mode, played a little golf and celebrated the arrival of Violet Grey1 in East Hampton—a must-visit, if I do say so myself. It was the perfect mix of work and pleasure. After a very quick turn-around, I’m now writing from St. Tropez…a last minute trip for a family birthday.
I’ll be sharing more about what I packed later this week but in the meantime, a final round-up for May. Here’s what’s on my list this week.

The Hamptons - Hamptons season is finally back. If you’re heading out East this summer, here’s a couple of my favorite stops that you should not miss: morning coffee at Sagaponack General Store, dinner at Sant Ambreous (Southampton) or Leon’s (if you’re up for the drive), lunch at Tutto il Giorno (Sag Harbor) and of course shopping at VIOLET GREY (East Hampton) for your chic beauty needs all summer long. Speaking of shopping…Tenet (Southampton) has my favorite curation, Monc XIII for the chicest things in home, and TWP (South/Sag) which also carries all of my favorites from Flamingo Estate—perfect for your home, or to take to someone else’s.
Dressy Jeans - Have quickly become my answer to every getting-dressed question the past couple of weeks. The key for me is always the fit: a slightly straighter, long leg — and I love a front pleat. These are the pair that I keep coming back to right now, and they’re selling so well for a reason.
TOVE - The London-based label does occasion dressing better than most, and now that event season is here, it’s really one to know. I say this not out of obligation, but out of pure love: their pieces are effortless, incredibly chic, and never overdone. The kind of dresses that make it look like you gave your outfit zero thought, even though you likely did. A few standouts from the brand that are top of my list: this, this, and this.
