What I Wore
This week’s outfits & closet favorites.
I got back late last night from a very quick weekend trip to LA for my brother-in-law’s wedding — it was way too fast. Haven’t been to the West Coast in over 10 years, so I’m looking forward to hopefully going back soon to do more exploring. I packed in a carry on…yes, you did read that right. I don’t know how I pulled that off but it definitely made for more thoughtful packing. Not to mention, I actually ended up having too many clothes.
Here’s what I packed & what I wore:
These lounge shorts.
My new top from TWP. Already going back for it in white.
These pants — were perfect for morning breakfast and a more elevated, but comfortable outfit.
Been trying some new ways to show you what I’m wearing, and although talking into the camera doesn’t always come easy for me, this was sort of fun? Let me know what you think of this format in future…
Outfit photos were somewhat limited throughout the weekend, but I love this dress from Mango so much. It’s the perfect summer dress for day or night — and comes in two colors. Wore this to walk around in one day. A couple of fun LA stops that I loved were Maxfield (go for the vintage Hermes ashtrays), the new Totême store on Melrose, Gjusta & Felix for dinner.
