Love List: Home & Wedding Registry Edit

In honor of my wedding month, I got to share some registry building tips (and favorite items) with Over The Moon this week…stay tuned to see this on social later today. If you know me well, you know that I’m a bit of a nerd for homewares. I love entertaining, and anything related to tabletop — so building my wedding registry was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process — and I cannot recommend Over The Moon enough. I loved getting to select from their amazing collection of homeware items, but also loved the fact that I was able to pull in wishlist items from other sites.

Truly, a dream!

If you’re getting married this year and may not know where to start when it comes to building your wedding registry, here are some of my tips for getting started. This is also a great guide to curating items for your table or for your home. You’ll find a beautiful selection of items that I put on my registry below.

You can shop my full Home & Registry Edit here.

Since my husband and I have lived together for four years, we already had a lot of the basics covered. The theme for our registry was really building a collection of classic, timeless pieces for the table and for our home - think china, crystal, silver - that we will use for years to come.

Tiffany Twist Tumblers: The whole theme for my wedding registry is grey, crystal and glass pieces that can all mix-and-match together on the table. I love these beautiful glasses from Tiffany in this charcoal grey color. They’re timeless, classic, and beautifully made (shop them here via Moda Operandi).

Hermes Mosaique au 24 China: This is the china pattern that we selected for our registry, building on a grey and white theme for the table. There are so many different pieces from this set, depending on how you entertain (shop the full collection here via Bergdorf Goodman).

Zafferano Portable Mini Lamps: Probably an unexpected registry item, these are a great addition and a great price point. I love using these for entertaining (shop here via Over The Moon).

Lobmeyr Finger Bowls: I’m in love with this Austrian glassware maker. The pieces are so delicate and beautiful! I put a number of Lobmeyr pieces on my registry, but these are one of my favorites (shop here via Abask).

Saint Louis Crystal Candlesticks: A must-include item on every registry are a pair of beautiful candlesticks. Whether you want to opt for something more fun, or something more classic like these ones, these are a classic tableware staple (shop these via Bergdorf Goodman).

Le Creuset Cookware Set: If you’re in desperate need of a new cookware set, like me, this is my top pick (shop here via Over The Moon).

Christofle MOOD Flatware: This is the flatware collection that we selected for our registry, as we already had some pieces from this collection. Flatware is a great registry item, because it offers a lower price point and is a classic, everyday item (shop this collection here).

Sferra Linen Napkins: With table linens, I recommend starting with the basics for everyday use, and then you can get fun! On Over The Moon there are great monogramming options for custom linens, which I also recommend adding in - perhaps something you wouldn’t normally buy yourself (shop here).

Saint Louis Crystal Glasses: Probably my favorite registry item, I love the Cadence glassware collection from Saint Louis Crystal. They’re a beautiful weight, and lifelong purchase (shop here via Bergdorf Goodman).
