In this special edition of Jamie’s List, I’m spotlighting a jewelry brand that’s currently On My List: Fiametta—whom I had the pleasure of hosting in my home last week for one of the first of many dinners, Curated by Jamie. This new series of intimate gatherings is my way of connecting some of my favorite people with brands that I genuinely love & believe in.
I discovered Fiametta organically—during a daily Instagram scroll. I instantly saved a pair of earrings that I couldn’t stop thinking about (these, in fact). I reached out to the Founder, Merill, and quickly realized how special the brand was. Fiametta is redefining the conversation around lab-grown diamonds with modern pieces that are chic, stylish, and most importantly—timeless.
Designed to be worn every day, Fiametta pieces are not just for special occasions. They’re meant to be styled with your favorite white t-shirt or layered under your favorite knit. The idea? That elegance is a daily affair.
If you know me, you know that hosting is one of my love languages. It brings me so much joy—especially when it’s at home. I love bringing people together and carefully curating every detail of a dinner party: the florals, the table, the menu, and of course, the guest list. It’s a simple joy that I love so much.
When it came to introducing Fiametta into my world, an intimate dinner party felt like the perfect fit. Here were all of the details…
What I Wore:
A dinner host must be comfortable—but chic, of course!
I wore a new piece from ALFIE (a Parisian brand that’s another favorite on my radar), styled with some pieces from my favorite Fiametta collection—including these earrings & this necklace, which I still haven’t stopped thinking about. I finished the look with a Fiametta ring stack, featuring this one and this one. Find a curated edit of my brand favorites below.
My Brand Picks:
A curated edit of my favorites from Fiametta.
At the top of my list are the double-link earrings — my original favorite. There’s something timeless about them that I love. They’re beautifully made and perfectly delicate in person. So stunning on.
The mini huggies are a paired down version—and equally as chic.
Also from this collection is this exquisite necklace. Rivals Tiffany in quality, but is so much lighter.
For the perfect pinky, look no further than this ring.
As an everyday layering piece, I love this charm on one of Fiametta’s beautiful chains. If you’re feeling fabulous, you can layer a few of these together to get the Founder, Merill’s signature look.
*Beyond their signature styles, Fiametta does custom work. If you’re interested in exploring that option, let me know & I can connect you with their team directly.
The Menu, Table & Decor
A yummy spring menu that I curated with The Culinistas, and a little inspiration for your next dinner party.
We partnered with The Culinistas to bring the food to life—and as someone who typically handles the cooking myself, I was blown away. If you’re hosting this spring/summer (especially in the Hamptons), I can’t recommend their services enough. I styled the table with a mix of pieces that I already own, with some beautiful accents from Zara Home & Amazon, like these candles.
Looking back at the evening, I realized how naturally the aesthetic of Fiametta came through in the setting. The brand blends old-world and new-world—traditional elegance with a modern twist—and I wanted the table to do the same. We paired contemporary jewelry with silver trays, candlelight, calligraphy, and spring florals. It felt layered and personal in a way that truly reflected what the brand is about.

As for the dinner menu — it was simple, fresh & spring-inspired. Every dish was served table-side to make for an easy flow. Below are all of the details so that you can save this for your next dinner party.
Starter:
Spring Pea Bruschetta — Pea, sugar snap pea, mozzarella, mint, serrano chili, lemon, onion powder, baguette
Main Courses, Served Family Style:
Farm Fresh Lettuces With Herbs — Lettuce, mint, parsley, basil, lemon, parmigiano reggiano
Fennel Chard Salad — Swiss chard, apple, kohlrabi, fennel, goat cheese, lemon, sumac, cayenne, onion powder
Mustard Seed Chicken — Chicken breast, whole grain mustard, lemon, parsley, shallot, cayenne, onion powder
Farro al Limone — Farro, lemon, baby kale, creme fraiche, pecorino romano, onion powder
Dessert:
Zucchini Cake with Creme Fraiche Whip — zucchini, flour, coconut sugar, crème fraîche, cream, egg, allspice, solstice blend, baking soda, baking powder
We paired everything above with a green juice & tequila cocktail, and a couple of wines from the bar.
*A quick shoutout to The Culinistas—I loved every detail. Whether you’re looking for weekly meal prep, private gatherings, or at-home cooking classes, The Culinistas do it all—even out in the Hamptons. You’ll get a $100 credit towards your booking here, and please mention that I sent you when you book!
I can’t wait to share more of these brand-focused gatherings with you soon—each curated to spotlight something (or someone) that’s on my list.
